Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2010 Vigilance Sauvignon Blanc were picked from different blocks from our Red Hills Vineyards in Lake County. Giving us several flavor and texture components to work with, the fruit was picked at different ripeness levels, stainless steel fermented to help retain the fresh citrus flavors.

Color: Clean, Light Straw
Aroma: Fresh Melon, Lemon Grass and Citrus
Flavor: Melon, Grapefruit citrus
Texture: Nice depth and richness, zesty fresh
