2009 Cimarron
Winemaking NotesThe grapes used to produce our 2009 Vigilance Cimarron were picked from several growing areas of Lake County. Helping to create a multi-layered wine with a nice balance, great fruit and a long lush finish, the fruit was picked at the peak of ripeness, fermented in French and American oak for 14 months.
