Winemaking Notes
The grapes used to produce our 2009 Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon were picked from the Red Hills area of Lake County. This area produces well structured wines with classic Cabernet character, the fruit was picked at the peak of ripeness, aged in French oak for 18 months.

Aroma: Black Cherry, Black fruits, Vanilla oak
Flavor: Ripe Cherry, Cassis, Boysenberry
Texture: Rich, medium bodied and firm with a nice juicy finish
