2008 Sauvignon Blanc
Winemaking NotesThe grapes used to produce our 2008 Vigilance Sauvignon Blanc were picked from prime growing areas near the lake in the Kelseyville and Upper Lake area of Lake County. Giving us several flavor and texture components to work with, the fruit was picked at different ripeness levels, stainless steel fermented to help retain the fresh citrus flavors.
