2008 Cimarron

Winemaking Notes

The grapes used to produce our 2008 Vigilance Cimarron were picked from our vines that typically have small yields with intense varietal character in and around the Red Hills area of Lake County. Helping to create a multi-layered wine with a nice balance, great fruit and a long lush finish, the fruit was picked at the peak of ripeness, barrel fermented in French and American oak for 14 months.
