Winemaking Notes
The grapes used to produce our 2008 Vigilance Cabernet Sauvignon were picked from several growing areas of Lake County. Helping to create a multi- layered wine with classic Cabernet character, the fruit was picked at the peak of ripeness, barrel fermented in French and American oak for 18 months.

Aroma: Black Cherry, Black fruits, Vanilla oak
Flavor: Ripe Cherry, Cassis, Boysenberry
Texture: Rich, medium bodied and firm with a nice juicy finish
